Ole Dirks, Partner

Ole Dirks advises and represents national and international clients in the field of intellectual property. His professional focus is on patent, trademark and unfair competition law and he has several years of experience in the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Background

Ole Dirks studied law at the University of Bayreuth with focus on intellectual property law. As a part of his studies he graduated in the University of Bayreuth’s additional training on economic sciences for solicitors (“Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth)”), acquired a discipline-specific foreign language certificate (French for lawyers) and did an internship at the patent department of Audi AG. After his first state exam he conducted his traineeship with stations at various renowned law firms specialized in intellectual property law. In 2011, he received his license to practice law and joined Wildanger.

Ole Dirks is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR), the German Association of Intellectual Property Professionals (VPP) as well as the German group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
